Atsas Silver Edition is an ultra-high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil from Cyprus, selected by Bryan Blue Zone as a daily longevity protocol for people who value provenance, precision and uncompromising quality.

Independent analysis dated 20 October 2025 reports 2,111 mg/kg total polyphenols, including 229 mg/kg oleocanthal and 204 mg/kg oleacein. The oil is produced from Koroneiki olives, harvested in October 2025 and cold-extracted for a fresh, assertive profile.

Why the peppery finish?

The distinctive sensation at the back of the throat is characteristic of oleocanthal, one of the naturally occurring olive-oil phenols measured in this batch.

The analysis also confirms 1,007 mg/kg hydroxytyrosol derivatives.
