Returns and refunds

This policy applies to UK orders placed with Bryan Blue Zone, a trading name of LucidX Limited. Our voluntary guarantees are offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

The Connoisseur Cough Clause: 30-day taste guarantee

Taste your first bottle of Atsas Silver. If it does not make you cough, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for that first bottle. You keep the bottle; there is no need to return it.

One taste-guarantee claim is available per household. The original postage and packaging charge is not refunded under this voluntary guarantee. These conditions do not restrict refunds to which you are entitled by law.

30-day unopened returns

If you change your mind, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Under this voluntary extended returns policy, bottles must be unused and unopened, with their original seals intact. Send them back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

We will refund the price paid for the returned bottles. You pay the return postage. For voluntary returns outside your statutory cancellation rights, the original delivery charge is not refunded. There is no restocking fee.

Your UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel before delivery or up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. If bottles from one order arrive separately, this period runs from delivery of the last bottle. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of doing so.

When you exercise your statutory right to cancel the whole order, we will refund the amount paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we refund only the standard delivery amount. You pay the direct cost of returning goods that are not faulty.

Opening a sealed food product may remove the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where it cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Our first-bottle taste guarantee still applies on its stated terms. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your oil is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, contact us so we can arrange the remedy you are entitled to under UK consumer law. We will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. The unopened condition, household claim limit, delivery-charge exclusions and voluntary 30-day deadline do not apply to your statutory rights.

How to contact us and return bottles

Email deon@bryanbluezone.co.uk with your order number or other proof of purchase and tell us whether you are using the taste guarantee, returning unopened bottles, cancelling, or reporting a problem. We will provide return instructions. Please pack glass bottles securely and retain proof of posting. You do not need prior approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Refund timing

Refunds are made to your original payment method without a refund fee. Taste-guarantee refunds are issued within 14 days of your request. Returns are refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If a cancelled order has not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of being told you wish to cancel. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
